Warranty & Return Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Melinda Kuszelyk and all affiliated programs and services (including but not limited to coaching, courses, workshops, memberships, digital downloads, challenges, and all educational or digital offers) provide products and services that are delivered digitally and/or via live access. Due to the nature of digital and coaching-based products, we do not offer warranties or returns beyond what is explicitly outlined below.

Digital Products, Courses & Memberships

All sales are final. Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of our digital programs, templates, resources, and trainings, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment has been processed. This includes payment plans, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time purchases.

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel future payments at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email to
[email protected] at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date. Once canceled, you will retain access through the end of your billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for prior payments.

Workshops, Live Trainings & Events

Payments for live events, trainings, or workshops (virtual or in-person) are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live session, replays or digital access will be provided when available. Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Coaching & Done-For-You Services

Due to the personalized nature of coaching and high-touch or customized services, all fees are non-refundable. We make every effort to deliver services as outlined in your purchase agreement, and timelines will be honored based on client responsiveness and collaboration.

Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, etc.)

If any physical products are offered and fulfilled directly by the Company, they will be inspected for quality before shipping. In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]. Eligible items may be replaced upon verification. We do not offer refunds for physical product purchases, only replacements for defective items.

No Guarantees or Warranties

We do not offer any warranties, express or implied, on the outcomes of our programs or services. Results will vary by individual, and participation in our products or services does not guarantee personal transformation, confidence outcomes, or any specific result.
