These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users, subscribers, and purchasers of any products, services, programs, digital downloads, workshops, or memberships offered by Melinda Kuszelyk. This includes but is not limited to: coaching services, courses, workshops, memberships, digital resources, challenges, events, and any live or recorded trainings. By accessing or purchasing from any of Melinda Kuszelyk’s websites, platforms, or services, you agree to these Terms in full.

All purchases are for individual use only. The materials included within any program or service may not be shared, resold, distributed, repurposed, recorded, or broadcast without prior written consent. Unauthorized use or sharing of content may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action. Access to all content is non-transferable and intended solely for the original purchaser.

Programs, products, and services may be available on monthly, annual, or lifetime access options. By enrolling in any subscription-based service, you authorize recurring billing to your chosen payment method according to the terms selected at checkout. For lifetime access plans, full payment must be completed before lifetime access is granted. If you choose a payment plan for a lifetime option, access begins only after your final payment has successfully processed. Missed or failed payments may result in access being suspended or revoked.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in writing at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected] and are only considered processed once confirmed by our support team. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final.

Active membership grants access to any included course materials, live trainings, replays, digital downloads, and private communities such as Facebook groups or other platforms as outlined in each specific program. If a subscription ends or a payment fails, all access to program materials, communities, bonuses, and replays will be revoked. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any community feature or bonus content without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and ensuring your billing and contact details are accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by user error, outdated technology, or third-party platform issues. Access delays due to software updates, maintenance, or temporary outages do not qualify for refunds.

We collect personal information, including your name, email address, and payment details, in order to process your registration and deliver services. Your information is stored securely and is never sold or shared without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details regarding how your data is stored, used, and protected.

If you participate in any affiliate or referral program offered by Melinda Kuszelyk, commissions are paid only on valid, qualified referrals. Fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or misuse of affiliate systems may result in termination from the program and loss of any commissions. We reserve the right to update commission structures and eligibility requirements at any time.

All materials, including but not limited to coaching content, videos, written documents, digital downloads, frameworks, worksheets, and training materials are the intellectual property of Melinda Kuszelyk. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials beyond your own personal, educational use.

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully within all programs, workshops, communities, and interactions associated with Melinda Kuszelyk’s brand. Harassment, hate speech, inappropriate conduct, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from programs and communities without refund. We reserve the right to terminate access at our discretion for any violation of behavior expectations.

While we share real stories and transformations, no guarantees of results are made. Personal outcomes vary and depend on individual participation, readiness, lifestyle, effort, and consistency. We disclaim all liability for any losses, damages, or claims that arise from your use of our services or participation in our programs.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If the matter cannot be resolved, all disputes will be governed by the laws of Australia and resolved through binding arbitration.
