This Code of Conduct applies to all clients, community members, participants, subscribers, and users engaging with programs, services, communities, or platforms operated by Melinda Kuszelyk, including but not limited to coaching programs, memberships, digital courses, workshops, challenges, live events, and any online or in-person community spaces.

By enrolling in or participating in any of our programs or platforms, you agree to uphold the standards outlined below. We are committed to creating safe, supportive, empowering environments for personal growth, confidence building, and identity work. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without refund.

Be Respectful and Professional

Treat all members, staff, and participants with respect at all times. Disrespectful, disruptive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated in any space, including live calls, Facebook groups, chats, or direct messages. This includes hate speech, bullying, spamming, or toxic conduct.

Hold Confidentiality Sacred

What is shared within our programs or communities stays within those spaces. Do not record, copy, repurpose, or share another person’s story, challenges, ideas, screenshots, or personal breakthroughs without explicit permission. Breaching confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal.

Show Up with Integrity

Do not impersonate others, use false information, or misrepresent yourself to gain access to programs. Respect the terms of your purchase. Sharing logins, materials, or private content with non-paying individuals violates our terms and will result in revoked access.

Protect the Energy of the Space

Our communities are designed for growth, clarity, and aligned conversation. If you disagree with something, do so respectfully or disengage. Repeated negativity, complaining, aggressive language, or energy that disrupts the space will not be allowed.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Solicitation

You may not use our platforms to pitch your business, DM members unsolicited, or recruit for other offers, coaching programs, products, or businesses. Solicitation, spamming, or self-promotion without written permission is a direct violation of this policy.

Follow the Program Structure

Complete modules, attend sessions when possible, and engage with purpose. Each program is structured intentionally. Following the guidelines and timelines supports your experience and the integrity of the community.

Take Responsibility for Your Experience

Your results are your responsibility. We provide tools, coaching, support, and guidance, but implementation is on you. If you need assistance, please use the appropriate support channels, such as contacting [email protected].

By participating in any of our programs or communities, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in limited access, removal from programs or communities, or permanent banning from future offerings. No refunds will be issued for violations of this policy.
